Ontario weekly drumming classes - Classes Gift cards and packages:
Classes packages are usable at your convenience in any group class in Ontario, and are non-refundable after the 1st class has been used.
Classes Gift cards do not expire, but are non-refundable, regardless of whether it has been used or not.
All packages have a validity deadline. Should you pass this deadline, your credits will be expired (visit our promotion page for class packages details)
The free Private class included in your 1st package is usually taught on Tuesday evening at our regular Toronto location (Free private for Toronto students only).
The ongoing date and time of group classes are subject to changes with prior notice - Attendance fluctuate and "Alpha Rhythm Roots" cannot be held responsible if some classes have to be permanently moved to a different day or time due to low attendance.
Dedicated access to online drumming exercise and sound files are provided to each student with a valid package, and is for personal use only. Access and password should not be forwarded to anyone outside or inside the class.
- 100% if it is less than 30 days before the event.
- At least 50% if 30 days or more before the event
The remaining 50% must be paid no later than the event day - where applicable.
If you cancel the event due to reasons beyond our control, we will make our best effort to re-schedule another date according to "Alpha Rhythm Roots" availability.
If you cannot run the event at a later date, We have a 50% non refundable policy.
If you cancel on the day of the event, the cost of the services will be due in full.
Each situation will be dealt with on a case per case basis, and special circumstances will be considered.
The above policies automatically apply to all events with "Alpha Rhythm Roots".
Additional drumming event policies related to "outdoor events" (performances / private workshops / etc..):
"Alpha Rhythm Roots" do not perform or run workshops in the rain nor in cold temperatures.
By signing a contract for an outdoor event with "Alpha Rhythm Roots", you agree that we have the right to cancel the outdoor event based on weather conditions (If rain is threatening, or if the outside temperature is significantly under 20 degrees Celsius: 20C).
If you decide to cancel due to weather conditions, we will issue a full refund, as long as you communicate with us at least the day before the event.
If you cancell on the day of the event, due to weather conditions, you will not be entitled to a refund.
If we go to your location and the weather prevents us from starting or finishing the performance / workshop, the cost of the event will be due in full.
Most of our customers requesting outdoor performances have a rainproof stage or (and ) an indoor back-up plan.
We strongly recommend you have one as well.
Each situation will be dealt with on a case per case basis, and special circumstances will be considered.
The above outdoor policies automatically apply to all outdoor events with "Alpha Rhythm Roots".

-If you simply do not like the color or appearance of the item (s) you received, we will gladly exchange it once, for a similar item, should this item be available in stock.
You will be responsible for the packaging and shipping back to us only.

Online merchandise ordering process:
Alpha Rhythm Roots accept worldwide quotes and orders.
Gift cards certificates can be used towards anything ordered online.
We have set up an ordering process that allows both credit card, and non credit card holders to make purchases (See "Payment Option" section below):
To request a quote or to order, Click the "item code" text below any instrument/item picture, and you will be redirected to the ordering page associated to that instrument/item (Customized form including optional related items like accessories).
You can also use the general "Quote request/Order"form, straight from the main menu for any item on our website.
Though you will need to tell us which payment method you prefer, there will be no need to pay anything at that point, and no credit card or payment will be requested through this entire initial process (You will only tell us what your payment method will be).
Once we have all your quote information, it will take up to 3 business days to process your detailed quote.
We then contact you in order to confirm the cost, including shipping cost.
Should you decide to purchase the item(s) included in the quote, you will have 15 days to proceed with the payment before the quote expires.
- Orders are payable in full prior to shipping/delivery.
- Orders will be processed for shipping within 2 business days of the payment being accepted.
- Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation including a carrier tracking number that you can use to get a shipping status online at anytime.
- Please note that most carrier do not ship to PO boxes, so if the PO box is the only address you have, it will limit your choice of shipping methods.
- Any additional shipping cost being the result of a non accurate address provided by the purchaser will be charged to the purchaser.

- A 50% payment is required upfront
- The remaining 50% is required when we receive the item in Toronto, and before it is shipped out / delivered to you.
