Ontario weekly drumming classes - Classes Gift cards and packages:
Classes Gift cards / packages are usable at your convenience in any group class in Ontario for 6 months after the 1st class has been used.
The free Private class included in your 1st package is usually taught on Tuesday evening at our regular location (For Toronto students only). We will try everything to accommodate a different weekday, if our schedule allows it.
No free private classes will be scheduled on weekends.
The ongoing date and time of group classes are subject to changes with prior notice - Attendance fluctuate and "Alpha Rhythm Roots" cannot be held responsible if some classes have to be permanently moved to a different day or time due to low attendance.
- 100% if it is less than 30 days before the event.
- At least 50% if 30 days or more before the event
The remaining 50% must be paid no later than the event day - whenever applicable.
If you cancel the event due to reasons beyond our control, we will make our best effort to re-schedule another date according to "Alpha Rhythm Roots" availability.
If you cannot run the event at a later date, We have a 50% non refundable policy.
If circumstances beyond our control forces you to cancel on the day of the event,
the cost of the services will be due in full.
Each situation will be dealt with on a case per case basis, and special circumstances will be considered.
The above policies automatically apply to all events with "Alpha Rhythm Roots".
Additional drumming event policies related to "outdoor events" (performances / private workshops / etc..):
"Alpha Rhythm Roots" do not perform or run workshops under the rain nor in cold temperatures for obvious reasons (No outdoor events under 20 Degrees - 20C)
By signing a contract for an outdoor event with "Alpha Rhythm Roots", you agree that we have the right to cancel the outdoor event based on weather conditions (If rain is threatening, or if it is under 20 degrees-20C).
You decide before the event day, whether we are coming or not.
If you decide to cancel due to weather conditions, we will issue a full refund, as long as you communicate with us at least the day before the event.
Cancellation due to weather conditions from your side, the day of the event, will not entitle you to a refund.
If we go to your location and the weather prevents us from starting or finishing the performance / workshop, the cost of the event will be due in full.
Most of our customers requesting outdoor performances have an indoor back-up plan.
We strongly recommend you have one as well.
Each situation will be dealt with on a case per case basis, and special circumstances will be considered.
The above outdoor policies automatically apply to all outdoor events with "Alpha Rhythm Roots".

Exchange policy for non damaged shipment:
-If you simply do not like the color or appearance of the item (s) you received, we will gladly exchange it once, for a similar item, should this item be available in stock.
We will coordinate all shipping (using the most inexpensive method), however, all

We will arrange for a package pick-up and send you a new item upon receipt of the damaged item.
-Damaged uninsured shipment are not entitled to exchange nor refund.
(You can choose between Insured/Uninsured shipment at the time of ordering).
Any other problem should be reported within 3 days from delivery.

Alpha Rhythm Roots accept worldwide quotes and orders.
Gift cards certificates can be used towards anything ordered online.
We have set up an ordering process that allows both credit card, and non credit card holders to make purchases (See "Payment Option" section below):
To request a quote or to order, Click the "item code" text below any instrument picture, and you will be redirected to the ordering page associated to that instrument (Customized form including optional related items like accessories).
You can also use the general "Quote request/Order"form, straight from the main menu for any item on our web site.
Though you will need to tell us which payment method you prefer, there will be no need to pay anything at that point, and no credit card or payment will be requested through this entire process (You will only tell us what your payment method will be).
Once we have all your quote information, we usually take 2 to 3 business days to built your detailed quote. We then contact you in order to confirm the quote total amount, including shipping cost.
Should you decide to purchase the iem(s) included in the quote, you will have 15 days to proceed with the payment before the quote expires.
- Orders are payable in full prior to shipping/delivery.
- Orders will be processed for shipping within 48 Hours of the payment being accepted.
- Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation including a carrier tracking number that you can use to get a shipping status online.
- Any additional shipping cost being the result of a non accurate address provided by the purchaser will be charged to the purchaser.
